Arriving by plane

Accessibility by air
The national carrier is Adria Airways. Ljubljana airport has regular connections with almost all capitals and larger cities in Europe.

A number of foreign airlines also fly to Ljubljana:
Austrian Airlines
British Airways
Lufthansa
Swissair.
Once at the airport, one can take a taxi to Bled (approximate cost 7000 SIT). A cheaper and still very convenient way is to take a taxi to the bus station in Kranj. There are buses leaving for Bled approximately once every hour. Arriving to the Bled bus station, Golf Hotel is within walking distance (350 m).

We shall arrange a pick-up at the airport to collect the participants from most of the flights that will arrive on Sunday.

Other closest airports are: Munich, Klagenfurt, Graz, Vienna, Trieste, Venice. From each of them you can take a train to Bled.

Arriving by train

If coming by train, you should get off at the station called Lesce-Bled. This station is about 5 km from the Bled centre. There you can take a taxi or a bus (leaving every 30 minutes). Arriving to the Bled bus station, Park Hotel is within walking distance (250 m): take the road downhill towards the lake and walk until reaching the hotel.

Bled can be reached by train from two different directions:

If you cannot get a convenient train connection from Ljubljana to Bled, you can take a bus (leaving approximately every hour) to Bled. The bus station is just outside the train station.
